I've just had to come back and say how chuffed I am! DS1 posted a lovely photo of a local land mark called Old John which is at the top of a fairly rugged climb! The fabulous but was the photo showed his sitting next to Old John! He had a life changing stroke 9 years ago and has worked really hard on his recovery and fitness to be able to achieve this!

That's great kitty to see him achieve such a level of fitness. You must be a very happy mum

MacS's sister and brother-in-law will be flying (by plane) into Glasgow tomorrow. I'm therefore making certain that our wee hoos is welcoming. As our second bedroom is used as a studio/computer room/ exercise bike space/ diner, they will be staying at the guest house owned by our good pals.
