Thank you so much for all the good wishes. I've had a lovely few days eating my own body weight in cake and enjoying the company of friends and family - especially my baby (all things are relative) brother who flew all the way from California to surprise me. How they all managed to keep it a secret I have no idea.

So far my forays into this new decade have been lost in a cloud of sugar but so far so good!
