Lookin mild, grey and windy at the moment in Kent Michael. No frost ( bonus no car to de-ice.) it's a team day today...ALL DAY.dont even ask waste of time and public money. Just hours of listening to managers 'big ing themselves up and talking out their arses . They will ask how we feel but won't listening. They'll Shooting down the brave few who dare to speak up. It'll be shite frustrating. Double double

This morning, I am having my hair cut and doing some bits and bobs in town then going to Derby to pick up the children from school! Hope it doesn't snow!
