I have "named and shamed"(Lillian Rose flowers) here and on Twitter when they failed to deliver what I had ordered to DD when she was going through a particularly hard time and I felt that a bunch of tulips 2 days late was not adequate substitution for a £40 bunch of Gerberas in water ON THE SAME DAY which was what I had paid for!!

Happily stand by what I said then.

I suppose I do look out for potential pitfalls.

Well, the garage would be suing the OP and not GN.

We dont know if the poster is out to cause trouble, or is lying or exagerating. [I havent been on the site long enough to know who the poster is]
And I dont trust lawyers not to come up with something!

By whom? The garage who gave unacceptable service? I doubt it...it's hardly libel.

Obviously I was wrong. I thought it was against guide lines to give full names and address of companies we have a grievance against.

Ah. Thinking about it, you would have to have paid a few pounds a year to be part of their legal scheme to be able to access their legal team.

It would give you legal advice at the very least.
