Not quite the same thing exactly but once, when trying to sell our house, I showed a nice couple (that I had high hopes of) into our smallest bedroom only to find my youngest son and his friend (then aged about 6) playing , as they cheerfully told us, skunk families!! They were certainly succeeding. The smell was appalling. It was a very long time before they were allowed beans for lunch again. We never saw those prospective buyers again. It would have been better to have had mice!!!!

sherish I had just started work for an extremely pompous and hi-flying consultant psychiatrist, when he opened his briefcase one morning to give me some papers and a sachet of Fybogel fell on to the desk between us.

I walked into the kitchen one day to find both cats staring at the fridge freezer which was making funny crackling noises.The door had come slightly ajar, so I slammed it shut tight.Months later when I rummaged at the back for some peas out came a perfectly frozen mouse. DH suggested we micorwave it for the cats. Don't worry, we didnt!

I feel quite sorry for that mouse. There was it thinking it was going to have a feast in the fridge and instead it got colder and colder until....

My most recent embarrassing moment was ar the Doc's.
Went along to get a check up on my prostate. Doc donned the clves and I assumed the position, Doc then asked my if I wanted the clothes peg that my DW had left on the back of my shirt.

I always make a point of sorting out some attractive underwear if I'm expecting an "intimate" examination at the doctor's. On at least two occasions I have got home and realised I was wearing my knickers inside out! So much for my sophisticated woman of the world image! Doctor obviously thought "Poor old soul, can't even dress herself"
