My Fantasy Life

I would love to

Be very very clever (professor type of intellect).
To be able to sing beautifully so as not to frighten the neighbours.
To be shorter.... always hated my height.
To be a bit richer... not billlions, but just enough to be more comfortable.
To be more confident... been a real wimp all my life.
To stop feeling sorry for myself. Can't help it, hate my life.
To be able to tell jokes properly.
To fix my computer when it goes wrong. I always have to shout HELP!
To be in the south of France right now for a few weeks holiday.
And mostly, - to own a camper van.

Oh OK Janerowena get your point, in fact a lot of the campers on the beach hut site seem more like Stepford Wives, one particular pair (they may have been beachhutters though) were amaiezzed dahling that they were both born in the Himarlayers, 'Oh how amaiezzing ' said one ' and how old were you when you were born?'

Having said that I love the place. A beach hut would do me.

I would love to
Have my original hair colour back
Not be fat
Have a talent, any talent
Have better teeth
Travel more
Stop getting in a tizzy
Cut my working hours

I like this but come on Ladies and Gentlemen - fantasise- this is not about your actual life as the kids say and not about being discontented with your lot but a fantasy life.

I would like to:
Own my own, private tropical island
Have a large yacht moored at the jetty
Employ a cook and a housekeeper
Spend my time entertaining interesting house guests.
Look fabulous all the time.

I would like to be invisible (on demand) and to be able to teleport!

Oh boy, would I be able to tell some tales!

I would like to be ..

Exactly as I am!
With all my faults.
With memories of time gone bye; good and bad.
Ask for nothing and get what your given.
Live with respect and love for others.
Take the bitter with the sweet.
Thank God for my life.

To have the figure I had thirty years ago - and the skin to fit it,
To have the energy my DGC have,
To have un-knackered knees, hips and back
Have a fit and healthy DH
Win loads and loads of dosh

Then, I could

Learn to fly and own a helicopter - one of those little whirlybird ones with the big bubble windscreen,
Have a lovely house with paddocks where I could look out at my own horses.
Have a yacht with all the latest gadgets - and know how to use them.

Well if it's fantasy here goes!

You know what - I quite like my life really.

I know I could ask for better health, more money, DD living closer, friends living closer and so on, but really, I think I am lucky to have led quite a nice life.

And if someone could inflict a nasty painful illness on Ex, that would make my happiness complete.

O.k if it's real fantasy I'd like to own a yacht with a captain. Moored every month by a different beautiful island. My masseur would be George clooney who's job would be to rub me down twice a day with soothing scented oil. I'd have the best chief in the world in the kitchen who could produce the most delicious un fattening food. In the afternoon George could erect ( stop it stop it, now, now your imagination is running wild) a hammock and gently rock me back and forth while reading to me. The seas would ways be calm and there would always be a gentle warm scented breeze......and I'd fit into a white thong.!

Richard Armitage!

Or, starring in a new scandi-crime series from this Saturday, Ola Rapace who is gorgeous. Come to think of it, he looks like Richard Armitage.

Not to get up to anything, you understand, but they could escort me to al the events DBH doesn't enjoy. And actually look as if they were enjoying it. I took him to a ceilidh and he looked as if his ears were having hot nails thrust through them.

I would live in a cottage by the sea
Have a chef to prepare gorgeous meals
Have a cleaner to keep on top of the dust (that means the cleaner cleans, not putting the cleaner actually on top of the dust)
A different man to keep me company depending on my mood, Micky Flanagan for comedy, Sir David Attenborough for nature talks, Russell Brand for discussions
Have Hugh Grant in my bed every night (and twice in the morning )
Obviously be the same weight I was when I got into the silver skirt which is hanging in my wardrobe looking forlorn
Have GNer's parties at least once a month (shipping everyone in by private jet)
Laugh until it hurts every day.

I would like to be able to manage without going into overdraft after two weeks in the month.
To be able to swim the crawl
To be 5 stone slimmer
Have a lovely attractive face, not fat and saggy.
Banish grey hair for ever and live to see my lovely dgd grow up(this is the most important one.).

I would like to:

win the lottery
have a 6 bedroom/bathroom house with a morning room and drawing room
have a couple of ladies who clean said house
have a laundry room and a lady to do all the washing, ironing and putting away
have a jag, a land rover and a run around
have a cycle made by Orange of Halifax
re-learn to swim
eat but never gain weight
forget huge chunks of my past

I would like to

live close to my sons and their families
have a big bungalow with a heated swimming pool
have a gardener to do the heavy work
have a personal trainer
be able to sing in oratorios in a big choir
have unlimited access to the best seats for theatre, opera and concerts

Am loving these! Especially the idea of Richard Armitage as a private daily masseur! Hadn't even occurred to me to go there, I was too busy wondering if I could really learn to sing properly in tune rather than 50% of the time

I would love to:

Reclaim at least 10 years of my life.
Increase my energy level
Not have the M25 between me and my son and grandsons
Regain my confidence in driving
Have one of my son's books turned into a film and go to the premiere
Keep my health for at least another 15 years
Persuade DH not to work so hard
NEVER do shi**y housework again

Write a best selling novel which is turned into a best selling film
Win Wimbledon Ladies singles
Have perfect physical health (including beautiful white teeth) and fitness with no illnesses whatsoever
Have a dedicated housekeeper and handyman/gardener to keep my large and stunning house overlooking the sea in perfect order
Have fresh new bed linen on my bed every day
Be beautiful, slim, and very kind

Be a natural blonde
Look intelligent instead peculiar when I wear my glasses
Have a housekeeper who keeps the house clean, dust-free and tidy without needing me to tidy up first
Have self-cleaning windows so that I would neither have to do them myself nor have a window-cleaner
Have a garden which does not house the National Collection of Weeds
Have a flat tummy again and a bit more chin
Write a prize-winning radio play in the spare time between my prize-winning novels.
