We've been walking alongside the harbour in the pretty village of Tarbert. Thanks to funding, the entire area around the marina has had a super-duper face-lift. The improvement is totally amazing. There is now a wee safe area for children to play, and for adults who feel so inclined, a couple of exercise bikes. So, the children can use their play area while the parents either sit back and enjoy the comings and goings in the marina or pedal away to their heart's content. Tarbert hosts an annual regatta and seafood festival.
Agus I look forward to seeing the framed portrait of Bobby. It's lovely knowing that you will feel that in some small way he's back at home with the family.

mcem Oh dear, I'm so sorry to hear that your daughter is continuing to need hospital treatment. Your days must be overwhelmingly hectic. The grandchildren are of an age when they are at their most demanding. You certainly are a marvellous grandparent. I admire you. If, when you visit the kitchen, you feel drained of all your energy, just remember that the chaise is reserved for you. Feet up! Take five minutes and relax.
