Sweets and chocolates I can leave alone no problem (I still have two and a half boxes in the fridge from Christmas and my birthday in March) but crisps draw me like a magnet!

Peanut butter is my downfall too .I buy it because DGD likes it but every time I offer it she says no thank you so I just HAVE to eat it straight from the jar ! Walnuts are the same but at least they are healthy I think.(In moderation !! )

I never have jam , peanut butter or chocolate spread in the cupboard as I have been known to eat them straight from the jars. Biscuits and cake however I don't bother with .

Chocolate, I can't be alone. When I have no almond chocolate I eat the plain, then I'm on to nutella, but I do draw the line at that revolting cooking chocolate. If I want to bake a recipe calling for chocolate, it has to be bought on the day!

This is very recent, I was fine until I started to cut back on sugar a couple of months ago.

Oh I love peanut butter Soutra and could never have a jar in the house. I am such a pig and would eat it straight from the jar. Yummy.

I am not really a sweet person and always go for crisps and savouries myself. Unfortunately Mr G is one of those people who can eat anything (and boy does he eat anything) and never gains an ounce of weight. Grrrrr. If he goes shopping he always comes back with the very things I shouldn't eat. Pork pies and mini sausage rolls are his particular favourites.

Over the last 3 days I have eaten my way through a jar of almond butter. I am the same with peanut butter. Only solution is not to have them in the cupboard in future sad
