Marks and Spencer, how dare it?

Has anyone else just had an e-mail from M and S in which there is a line asking if we want to accept some partner of theirs called Criteo which is involved in advertising?
I am most annoyed about this and shall now block Marks and Spencer's e-mails.

Yes I am sure rosequartz The bright yellow banner indicated it would only be there once, so I went back to check and lo and behold it had gone, which is what it said would happen.
I shall now go and clear out all cookies etc. and see what happens next.
