It has been alternating heavy rain and clear sky today. Doesn't seem to know what to do. At least we haven't had any of the pollution some of you are suffering.

Haven't had the summons to look after DC and GC today so they must be on the mend.

Good morning, murky here. Have just woken to realisation it would have been DH's birthday today. It will be a strange day I think .

Thick cloud, hope the sun breaks through I am having gd today after nursery she is asthmatic so weather not good at the moment for those who suffer with their breathing.

Good morning all, the sun is just about showing through the dust clouds, and I seem to be suffering a bit from the pollution, I think working in the garden pulling up dead matter did not help, (didn't know about the pollution then). I have been coughing during the night, unusual for me. Anyway, not a lot doing today, so hope the air quality improves soon, and I can get out and about again. Enjoy your days everyone.

Hello, it's dull, murky and fairly mild here in Cheshire. I haven't heard the dawn chorus for the last couple of days, they must have sore throats with all the dust!

Another overcast pollution misty morning here. Really will need to wash the car soon!

Dry but grey in East Sussex. Not much happening today other than a continuing battle with an EBay trader over the very slow dispatch of an item I have ordered. The item should have been here two days ago according to the estimate at time of buying but still not dispatched. Not happy.

It is dry here in NW London but a bit foggy. I am hoping that the sun will appear.

I wonder where they have gone Mick ?

One thing I have noticed this morning mainly caused by the pollution the lack of birds.
