Fancy writing a group limerick ?

She wanted mange-tout,- really pea-pods,

She went home and steamed them

Then chopped and creamed them

Made pease pudding fit for the gods.

Encouraged by her culinary skill

She decided to go for the kill

She selected a recipe.

No time to be gossipy

Gransnet time now would be nil.

She thought she'd compete with Delia

Did this brave young lass called Ophelia,

It wasn't to be, for this young laydee

In culinary skills she was a mere baby

She now works big time in the media.

But she misses her time in the kitchen

And the pepper that set her nose itchin'

So she's back at the Aga

Swilling down some strong lager,

And food from the saucepan she's pickin'

Sometimes it sets her feet dancin'

To see deer in a field who are prancing

When it comes to the rut

(As in mating!)

She hides in a hut

And hopes they aren't slowly advancing!
