I got in about 5.30...the sun came out - and went down.

The sun is out!

Thank you for the flowers harri I will gladly accept them but they were not needed. Mum was up and in the lounge having eaten her lunch! Phew!! The hygienist gave me a hand scale rather than an ultrasonic and the dentist ground my high filling down to what seems to he the correct height! It's all going too well!

Sun coming out now, but Wales is still lost in the mists of time.

Nantwich cold and cloudy but garden full of lovely bulbs and forsythia looks cheery ! New garden for us having just moved so every day a day of new discovery, including we have found a "discovery" fruit tree and a walnut tree.

Still dull and cloudy here - but daughter in Oxford 15 miles away says it's sunny!

No I don't think my cold is virtually caught Dustyangel, it's down to my DH who caught it from the GSs! Hope you are feeling better now. I think I will need a hot toddy tonight, purely for medicinal purposes.

Much clearer now, but forecast says the fog might come back overnight.

My son (who has been recovering from Carpal Tunnel operations) finally decided that he was able to drive this morning so he has taken the grandson to school. And that means that for the first time in weeks I didn't have to get up at 0715.

So don't ask me what the weather was like earlier - I've no idea.

Good morning, another lovely sunny day here. All the spring flowers are coming out now and I should be out and about enjoying them but I have had some lurgy that I hope isn't what you got NanKate. Mine started with a sore throat last Wednesday has gone through various unpleasant symptoms changing daily and has ended up with a streaming cold.
Can you catch colds virtually?

Sun breaking through in Brum now

Good morning all - sounds as if many will be busy today, in pleasant or less pleasant tasks and activities. I think my favourite would be Mick's beer festival! It's nice and bright here now, after very thick fog earlier.
I think we have decided to go out for lunch - Brewery Centre here we come. Almost my own beer festival, or the potential to be so!

Cuoboards - oh never mind! Wardrobes!

Good morning everyone.

Today I have to go and sort out some cuoboards full of
junk stuff to make room for visitors to put their clothes.

More mist than fog, I think, here in the Windsor area. (Mind you, I have no idea what the real difference is.)
