Thank you Azie.
I'm still not sleeping all night through and the skin crawling thing is still there along with sores on my lower legs due to the water retention and then catching them, causing them to weep. But hey, on the positive note, I have had a child free home now for eight weeks and am loving it.
I have painted everywhere pink and covered it in butterflies and lace!
No more boxer shorts!!!
I do think it has done us both good, my son going to university. This last week, when we have chatted, I am getting the "I love you" again when he is going to hang up.
I know what the stress was, it was bringing him up totally alone for 15 years. My sister is on Linkedin, and is quoted as saying that she is good with youths. Well, after years of asking for her help and not getting a single second of time off her, then it hurts to see her say that and work in the youth sector and not give a stuff for either her nephew or her sister.
Anyway, I am done with all that now. Onwards and upwards.
There was a guy today on Sunday Brunch who said that sleep should be taken in smaller chunks throughout the day other than the eight hours we all strive for. This is what I have to do now, four hours overnight and 3/4 during the day. If I get some sleep, I don't really care.
I too take an antihistamine Tricia, for the skin crawling feeling and put my fan on in my bedroom (facing away from me now but I need the noise to get me to sleep). If it works, use it. Although sex is supposed to be good but I'm not going that far!
