Well I did sleep, on and off until 8.20. On the days I have hospital appointments I get really tired as I miss my afternoon nap.
My sister is ten years younger than me and she has had a lot of health problems and operations but the latest problem is not related to her previous condition. I find it easier to cope with my own health, at least I get the full story from the doctors, but a family member often only tells part of the story so you are left worrying about them.

and hope for sleep or I can predict a seriously grumpy Sunday ahead?

puff awake at this hour again. Sitting here trying not to get worked up about it then perhaps I'll go back to sleep. You know I used to be able to sleep for England. I never gave it a thought. Now it's a constant battle with myself. If I'm tired in the middle of the day I think "oh I better not nap or I won't sleep tonight" or no matter how tired I am " I better not sleep too early or I'll be up at 3 in the morning" when did somthing so lovely turn into the enemy? Hope your tummy gets better harrigran those gripping pains can be horrible and worse for you I imagine with all the other stuff goin on. I hope things get better for rubylady and all you other grans. My husband was having a little chat with my grandson last night, he just five and he said" you've got a lovely bedroom full of toys at home haven't you and a big garden with a Wendy house, a jacuzzi, a huge play chalet, swings, a den so why when we've got nothing like that do you want to come and stay here with us we haven't got any exciting stuff here for kids?" His lovely little face screwed up as he thought of an answer and the he gave us a big cheesy grin and shouted " I think it's because I love you" it's the small things isn't it. I shall hold on to that conversation when I'm feeling overwhelmed and miserable. Right then tea and bed.
