Good Morning Everyone, its still looking grey here in Brackley, this morning had the residential xmas lunch yesterday ,tonight further entertainment. Mick
Still got the decorator in and need a carpet fitter to refit the carpets. But at least I'm warm. Spent the afternoon on I pad watching videos of steam trains and Thomas the tank engine with DGD 1 . She has seemed to be a a little reconciled her new sister, but, would still rather mummy had had a helicopter, fire engine, train or plane?
End of Tuesday - and I have gutters and no workmen. Phew. Relax. Only thing is I haven't seen them yet (the gutters) because it was dark when they finished!
I make the pints of bread sauce too! My daughter will have synthetic mint sauce and cranberry - which I won't eat - but this is real bread sauce and I don't think you can buy that?
Stansgran ....wasn't that rather expensive toothpaste?
Many happy returns Galen - a year older, a year wiser and with an extra granddaughter - not bad going.
4+ pints of bread sauce to feed 14 going to DD2's for lunch on Christmas day, 5 here on Christmas Day, 14 here on Boxing Day and DD1's plea for some to take to her MiL's (for 9) because 'she only makes it out of a packet!'
