I love Ocado. Registering is easy and what you've bought previously is on their system because at the end of shopping a list of items you may have forgotten pop up which is wonderful for someone like me even though I make lists. You can add to your shopping list to just a few hours before delivery and whilst there are the odd substitutions from time to time they are - in my view - sensible ones. Also the food is separated into cupboard, freezer and fridge so makes packing away much easier. There have been a couple of hiccups like a leaky milkbottle but it's been refunded there and then on the doorstop. Their customer service is excellent. Any emails are answered very quickly and any action required is done speedily. I don't mind the odd rare mistake if I know it's going to be handled promptly.
In between I go to Asda purely because I can walk there. If I'm in the vicinity I go to Waitrose or Co-op. I avoid Tesco - it's far too big and crowded for me.
Hosepipe ban, why is this not nationwide?
Heatwave Hits, songs to sweat to!
The government changed women's pension age and called it progress. Did anyone actually ask you?

they don't deliver in our area. I only live 5 miles from a city centre, not as if I am up a lane and up a track.
