Allie, I've been messing about with prescriptions and what a palaver that's been. I usually make my repeat prescription on line. A couple of weeks ago, something went wrong with the system and all but one item were marked 'rejected'. When I went to inquire, the receptionists were wonderful, printed out the prescription and got it signed on the spot. Then, this week, I discovered that my asthma preventer inhaler had been missed out, so requested it on line only for that too to be 'rejected'. Tried again and it was rejected again. Emailed the practice and, to cut a long story short, I got the inhaler today. Technology? I think I'll submit the request in person from now on.
