nellie I love that word - it does indeed say it all!! My favourite word changes quite often but, at the moment, I quite like that one!!

I think I have said before that my husband used to have a nurse whose favourite expression was s**t, b****r, a******e. I find that comes in quite handy sometimes and even just saying the initials forcefully enough can work wonders or so I'm told!
