Rosacea

I went from teenage acne to rosacea without a single spot-free day!
I’ve had prescription cream that never did a bit of good. I’ve recently discovered skinshop kalme range. I was doubtful of the cream cleanser as I’ve always used soap ( Clinique for years) but with homemade muslin pads I’ve found it really works.
I’ve added the silver serum and I only have a breakout when I don’t use the day cream.
I’ve used bare minerals for a couple of years but, as it was difficult to get for a while, I’m a convert to Lilly Lolo. Every bit as good and much keener priced. I love the green powder. Does the job and I don’t look like the hulk!

My only advice is a change in diet often helps reduce symptoms…. Not a quick fix or a cream I realise.
