I love it! A goats cheese and beetroot salad is a wonderful thing. I roast it in foil and it's so tasty

surely we didn't need Michael to tell us confused it has always been known to be good for your liver but makes you have frighteningly coloured poo

According to Michael Mosley it's the latest superfood - good for our brain and can make us run faster!

And relatively cheap compared to blueberries and avocados.

I really like it but have to admit have never cooked it from raw - I buy it the vacuum packs.
