I used to buy a lot from M&S often when prices were dropped for members eg. 20% off trousers etc. Now I don't understand how the new system works so have shopped elsewhere. Can anyone explain it?

A lot of companies seem to have taken this route in slowly eroding points, discounts and other benefits on their products.

No.matter how long you have been loyal customer.

Also, they want everyone to have their app. You know those things that take ages to set up,. They don't work properly. Not to mention forgetting the pass word,

I refuse to do apps. You are also giving them even more free information
about yourself.

Still get bras and the odd thing from
M&S though.

Can get some Specially Selected foods from AlDI as good as M&S for about 60% if the price.

But l must say that that M&S ground coffee is top stuff. Especially the Rwandan brand

I used to buy lots of things in M and S but not so much now. I have some lovely bras that fit but they changed the style and the new ones are a completely different shape and fit. Same with knickers! They change the name of the fit regularly and they’re never half as well fitting as the old style. Iv given several packs - minus the pair I tried - to the charity shop. Asda is a much better fit and much cheaper.
