What has happened to respect ?
I am all for questions, different opinions and debate, but, tonight I have read more than 1 post and responses which are at least inconsiderate, rude or down right obnoxious.

For the many who are thoughtful thank you.

I always try to remember that offence is taken rather then given. I find it helps.

Also, someone used the phrase "witheringly dismissive" upthread. Witheringly dismissive remarks are a hallmark of strong debates and the fun and intellectual challenges to be had from them.
