To think John Denver's music stands the test of time?

John Denver's songs bring back lovely memories from my young day. I was really surprised when I learned that he was not a country boy at all.

Love his music, and had quite the teenage crush on him . Leaving on a Jet Plane is a favourite of mine.

I really liked John Denver especially Annie’s Song as it is my name!!!

When I went into labour with our first DC we left the house at midnight to drive to the hospital.In the cassette machine was a John Denver tape and to this day Grandmas feather bed song takes me immediately back to the excitement and happiness of starting our family.

I was always a great John Denver fan, and bought all his records.

His songs bring back happy memories.

I love John Denver’s voice and all his songs. The lyrics always meant a lot to me. His image changed over the years and I read that after he died (on my birthday! ) his family sold most of the land that he had bought for conservation.

I loved to listen to him singing, but couldn`t stand to watch him, looks didn`t match voice.
