I don' think Shula would lie (she is too boringly an upright citizen). She was there and was being very cagey about her evidence.

I fear her loyalty to the hunt over rode (tee hee) her usual honesty. I suspect she won't be able to live with herself and will fess up next time she's questioned.

I have just read the Radio Times synopsis for W/B 21 Feb. There are a lot of hint's that things are not going to be straight forward at Brookfield but we all seem to realise that already.

Our scenarios are probably more exciting.

I thought insufferable was rather tame actually - Elizabeth has clearly not reflected properly on her relationship with story and the appalling damage she has contributed towards. Shula had the affair with Ushas partner and has now lied to the police whilst giving up biscuits for Lent. Kenton is just an entitled public school idiot. As for Jill

Actually I have been trying to think who I like in TA at the moment and do many ridiculous story lines....

He'll have to take it eventually Phoenix - isn't not taking it admission?

I used to listen to the archers when I was a little girl, we had no tv in those days and now years later I would love to catch up again. Is there any way I can hear the missed episodes (almost 50 years worth) or perhaps there is a written update. After all if the characters are all 50 years older, there will be many new ones and many dead and gone. I can only remember Doris, Dan, and Lillian and doughy hood the baker. any ideas how to catch up, just a synopsis would do.

Have a good dig around on the Archers website, ethel. You're bound to find plenty of info on the characters past and present.
