Method1. Defrost spinach.2. Crumble feta cheese. 3. Make a small amount of Béchamel sauce. 4. Part cook pasta shells in boiling water, drain and leave to cool. 5. Put crumbled feta cheese and spinach in a bowl. Season. 6. Add Béchamel sauce and stir. Spoon cheese mixture into shells and lay in am ovenproof bowl. 7.
