Ingredients4 duck breasts (skinned)2 tbsp sesame oil 100ml hoisin sauce ½ tsp Chinese Five Spice ground black pepper 10 Chinese pancakes spring onions (cut into matchsticks) cucumber (cut into matchsticks) |

Method1. Coat the duck with the Five Spice and pepper, and slice into thin strips. Heat the sesame oil in a pan and add the duck. Stir-fry until it's cooked through (usually takes 3/4 minutes), then add the hoisin sauce. Continue to cook for approx 1 minute, until the duck is thickly coated with the sauce.2. Remove the duck from the pan. Arrange the spring onions and cucumber in a bowl. Warm up the pancakes in a microwave for 30 seconds. 3. To eat, place the duck, spring onions and cucumber in the pancake, with hoisin sauce or plum sauce. Wrap and eat! | |||||||||||||||||||
