Ingredients

450g (1lb) mince
1 tin of tomatoes
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1/2 cup (1/4 pint) gravy (made the way you choose)
Salt and pepper to taste
250g pasta shapes (boiled to preferred level of softness)

Handy Hint

Make sauce in advance but don't add the pasta until ready to heat up.

Method

1. Dry fry the mince until brown...drain if necessary.
2. Add crushed garlic and chopped onion to mince and cook until soft.
3. Add tinned tomatoes and gravy and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add pasta, simmer for 2 mins until it is heated through. Season to taste.
