Only connect tonight: The Wall

It was much harder than the first one.

It was! There wasn't a single clear group for a starting point. & even when the answer was displayed I couldn't work out the connections.
I'm glad they couldn't see the other group's wall which was a doddle by Only Connect standards.

I agree- often they relate to each other in some way, but tonights was just out there, although I got the dog one...!

It was the most difficult wall I can remember seeing.

It was impossible imo.

I think that it was the lion wall and I felt so sorry for the contestants who were doing well up until that point .

But the contestants who lost the wall still went on to win. It was impossible though.

Thank goodness they did, though. They were far better than the other team and it would have been a travesty if they’d lost.

I missed it ... will watch later. Will switch on the grey matter!

I did get two of the connections in the second wall (I'll just say the green and the red in case someone hasn't watched it) but the blue was totally obscure.

Just watched it .... failed dismally.

The second wall was solvable.

As we know, you only need to get one set and the rest become easier. They had the theme for one set, said it several times but just didn't recognise what should have been an obvious name.

Then they seemed fixated on a certain shop name which threw them off track.

I'm glad though as it evened up the competition and made for a close finish.
