Paddington in Peru so Disappointing

Didn’t think it was that bad! Not as good as the first two films, perhaps, but it did have some laughs, and Olivia Colman was good.

Been to see Paddington today, we really enjoyed it, lovely film, entertaining and funny.

I’ve just seen it with DGS1 and family. We all enjoyed it.

Oh gosh, we all loved it. Perhaps not aimed at the youngest fans, but the seven year old and the eleven year old enjoyed it ( almost) as much as I did.

I haven't seen it yet but it will be hard to follow Paddington 2 which was just the best.I can watch that over and over.I must admit the trailer hasn't inspired me to rush to seeing yet.

My grandchildren aged 5 and 8 loved it. My 70 year old sister was a bit disappointed 🥴🎭

Oh no. I was looking forward to seeing it too. I loved the previous one but probably more because Hugh Grant was so funny as the baddy.

I had heard bad reviews of the film, but we thoroughly enjoyed it, everyone sees things differently.

Well, I enjoyed it, possibly helped by a Marmalade Juice cocktail!

I think that Paddington 2 was so brilliant that it would be difficult for a follow up film to be as good so expectation is probably very high.

Reviews are very good but not as high as Paddington 2

Referring to the previous thread about The Sound of Music, I have to tell you that Paddington doesn't actually like marmalade.

My daughter and Grandson went to see it yesterday, she said it was not as good as the previous two, but still enjoyed it.

Took my five year old grandson and not as good as the previous two films but there is a suggestion of Paddington coming back to London now he knows Aunt Lucy is safe and happy so hopefully we will get film 4

I took my two grandchildren, ages 12 and 10 and we all really enjoyed it

I am going with my grandson at the weekend. It hasn't got great reviews but we are hoping for the best. I wonder with these film makers if they are in danger of going to the well once too often. Paddington 2 was a wonderful film and unless they can keep that standard up then leave it be. The Despicable franchise is doing just the same. Each film weaker than the ones before. On the brighter side, the trailer for Moana 2 looks very good.

I think it’s a rumour started by strawberry jam makers who have been losing their market to marmalade. Dirty trick! Anyway, he eats several thickly spread marmalade sandwiches in the new film, so there.

I'm about to see it as the trailer looked good .

Paddington 2 is a hard act to follow, I love it. Who ever said he does not like marmalade is mistaken, he loves it as proven in Paddington 2.
