It's on ITV4 at 9pm every Thursday and Friday.

Great memories of a tremendous programme. What a cast with Jimmy Nail and the stupendous Timothy Spall.
I agree it was a bit un-PC but it was of its era and was hilarious. I have never forgotten the character who was the foreman, the "sensible bloke" saying " you've been a * all your life, Oz, take an hour off....."
The actors who played the young Cockney bloke and the gentle Cornish giant are both dead now, I think.....

Gary Holton( Wayne) died of an overdose in 1985 and Pat Roach( Bomber) died in 2003. Otherwise the other main characters are still alive and have had successful careers, with Chris Fairbanks( Moxey) appearing in Eastenders recently.

Oh I really enjoyed AWP and its comeback series when Wayne’s ‘son’ joined the gang.

I like Dagmar, Dennis's German girlfriend, who is classy, immaculately dressed and very attractive. I can see him wanting a relationship with a more mature woman after his marriage breaks up in Newcastle.

I loved every series but particularly the one in Cuba.

And the Manor House and Spain. 😂
