Just got an alert that on Ch 4 there is a Norweigan thriller called 'Aquitted' it has 10 available episodes, so no waiting a week for the next instalment.

I shall start watching it tomorrow. You may like it too hmm

Thanks Nan I will look out for it. smile

Thanks Nankate
I do love a scandi drama
I will check it out tomorrow
Only problem with having all the episodes available is the just
'I think I will just watch one more episode before I go to bed'
The next thing I know its 1am.
hmm

Thanks from me too. I'm missing the BBC4 thriller/scandi slot on Saturday. When will that be back? (I don't like Inspector Mont......?)

Mamie Mon 16-Jan-17 06:51:53

When is the Channel 4 thriller on? No catch-up here.

TerriBull Mon 16-Jan-17 08:56:25

Thanks for the alert NanKate I'm a big fan of Scandi Noir and given there's a dearth of anything good at the moment apart from Unforgotten I'll be looking out for it, on further checking I believe it's on All 4 hope we have that on Freeview

Don't like Inspector Montalbano Chelseab ? Gasp, shock, horror!grin he has a fan club on here y'know......myself included. He has only to mutter as much as 'prego' for us to go weak at the knees.

Thank you NanKate

Lazigirl Mon 16-Jan-17 09:27:26

I am with you on Montelbano Chelsea. I was in Sicily last year and there was a trip to see a derelict brick factory which apparently featured in the series. It wasn't the highlight of our tour! Can't find 'Aquitted' Nan

TerriBull Mon 16-Jan-17 09:38:12

I'm another who isn't mad about Montalbano my husband enjoys it I don't mind having it on in the background though cos hearing the Italian language sends me into a state of euphoria ? In my mind I'm over there sitting in a pavement cafe drinking Italian coffee. Heaven!

TerriBull Mon 16-Jan-17 09:40:56

Lazigirl it's on All4 not sure about that station I know we have it on our tablet which can be streamed on to TV, so my husband tells me

NanKate Mon 16-Jan-17 13:06:57

Yes I am going to access it on the All4 app which has. Ch 4 programmes for catch up. Hope you can all find it. Hope it's good after me flagging it up to you GNetters hmm

NanKate Mon 16-Jan-17 20:17:56

If any of you don't have the All4 app I seem to remember it only took me a few minutes to download on my IPad, it was free.

NanKate Mon 16-Jan-17 21:49:43

Just seen episode 1 which Looks promising. The scenery is wonderful. I've never been to Norway, have any of you?

grannylyn65 Sat 21-Jan-17 18:36:48

I don't know how to stream ap to tv! Is that even a thing ??confused

Grannyknot Sat 21-Jan-17 18:41:28

grannylyn you need a "Smart" TV - my son uses his phone as the remote! confused I confess it's beyond me.

NanKate Sun 22-Jan-17 22:33:00

Grannylyn I don't know how to download an app on my tv either. I have to wait till DS comes over to have anything like that done.

In the meantime if you have an IPad you just go onto Google and put in All4 App click on there and it should say download app which I did and found the new icon on my front screen and I have been using it ever since. Hope that helps.
