I think that's the whole point Ana, if you notice Father Christmas appears at the end or at least someone resembling said person.. a wonderful time can be had at any time maybe?

I think ana the message is that a warm, sunny summer can be as wonderful and magical as Christmas! It caught your attention which is the whole point of advertising!

I haven't seen it but maybe it is a subtle hint to start thinking about Christmas.

I do realise that that was the point of the advert, nanaej, but as that song is so intrinsically associated with another time of year, I'm afraid it put me off, rather than made me want to buy the Co-op's BBQ offerings...

Or`Summer time ' ( and the living is easy )
So much better than the song that have at the moment that reminds us at of ( the C word. )

Whatsgoing. I think either of those would be so much better, particularly "Roll out".

The first time I saw the advert I had the dratted tune in my head for hours. It's JULY for heaven's sake and it is NOT a summer ditty.
