Anyone booked a cruise through ROL?

Hi, I want to book a cruise but am undecided whether to book it direct with the cruise line or through one of these cruise booking agents. ROL look good on the face of it but I wanted to be sure because I have seen adverse comments about other agents e.g. Iglu. TIA.

Never used them but hear Bolsover cruise club is good. I recently got a quote from Iglu and P and O matched it.
