How many things would I rather not do, places I would rather not visit, regimes I would rather not get near?

I love Borodin's In the Steppes of Central Asia, and would love to visit there. The itinerary seems rather hectic though, so I think I'll pass!

Would .love to do the trans Siberian trip but would want to organise it myself so I could stop where I wanted and having checked it out I could end up in Japan!
