WhatsApp virus

Just had a message from my DD to say that there is a virus coming out tommorrow being spread through WhatsApp and apparently if it is triggered, nothing will fix it. It is called Martinelli. If you receive a message to update WhatsApp to WhatsApp Gold, do not click!!! Just this minute had the same message from my son, who was alerted by their IT guys.

Well, if it is a hoax, I will be as happy about that as everyone else. But of course, if my children tell me not to do something, I don’t do it ?.

The video part is a hoax. The upgrade part is true. Just don't open links from any unknown sources regardless of app.
