Not sure what site to post this how on earth do you buy anything from Temu it seems you have to jump through hoops to put anything in your basket, Eg. Spot which pot is the golden one as three of them move around the screen
Is there a trick I don’t know about if I wanted to buy off Temu?

Perhaps not bother ...

It has a terrible reputation. Just don’t

You’ve dodged a bullet

Why would you want to buy tat from them?

Temu are not producers of the tat they sell. They are an online market place for thousands of companies.
The same companies that sell on EBay, Amazon, Etsy etc.
You have to get to know the companies. There are good and bad.
One good thing they have done is making returns so easy. The money is in your bank account before you get home from the post office.

I know people who have had some good things of Temu. I was asking how on earth you even get to put things in the basket, with all the faffing about ,

I’ve bought stuff from various buyers on Temu, it’s simply an Asian Amazon.

Most stuff has been absolutely fine, a small percentage has been very disappointing.

Never ever have any issues putting stuff in the basket and checking out, BUT it’s a right palava stopping their texts etc.

My last purchases of crockery and two lamps arrived swiftly and are really nice!

Cossy. Did you have to go through a rigmarole of guessing which one is the golden pot after it moves around the screen, ?

Petra is correct, you do have to choose the companies carefully and will often see exactly the same picture of an item on Amazon and on Temu. I have bought some excellent goods from Temu. The latest has been some outdoor aluminium net for my windows, they are well made and kept indoors at 23 degrees today while outdoors was 32

The two items were later than expected and they gave me an £8 credit. I have never seen a golden pot and buying is always straightforward

Yes but I just keep tapping and generally just try and carry on! It’s a weird way of trying to make you buy more?

I think the golden pots only pop up intermittently

There should be an "x" or a "leave this promotion" text on the promotion page, just click on it.

Temu does have some good stuff at a fraction of the price I might pay in the UK and only once have I had an issue. That said they are quick to refund. There is usually an x to tick to get rid of the annoying ‘offers’. Beware of those offers which usually involve spending more money. If you can avoid all their relentless advertising and just focus on buying what you need you will save money. I have bought lots of yarn, a fabulous summer jacket, a set of pretty pasta dishes and yoga pants all of which have been decent quality and good value.
Watch out for bulkier items which come by land and take about 6 weeks to arrive.

I bought two lovely linen dresses for around £15 🤷‍♀️

I bought two beautiful jumpers at a cheap price. I did that online a couple of years ago but now, like others. I am flummoxed so they are missing my hard-earned cash.
