Desktop mode. Can you help please?

Hi. Somehow the layout of the site had changed on my screen. I think I may have mistakenly selected desktop layout. Can anyone help me to change this please?

On my iPad, I scroll to the bottom of the page and it says - in blue writing - view mobile site
