Just a warning - I received an email this afternoon, purporting to be from EE, addressed to “EE Customer”, no text, but a mailbox emoji and a pdf attachment. I had a closer look & the sender had a man’s name and ordinary bt mail address. The “EE” heading looked odd.
I can’t give any more detail as I immediately forwarded it to the EE phishing reporting department, which seems to have deleted it. I received a reply with advice.
Luckily I didn’t open the attachment.
