I think it's a shocking example of the lack of human kindness and empathy from some employers/ businesses.
When will these employers and managers realise that when employees feel happy and valued, they are more loyal, and productivity increases.

I couldn't agree with you more durhamjen. I would want to see this insensitive bas***d suffer in the same way and I particularly hope it comes at a time when he is about to get his dream position within the company and loses it as a result.

Well I just hope this man (we shall call him a person as obviously he is not a"man" so to speak) I hope this person is sitting quietly in a corner and reflecting on the misery he has caused through not being understanding and trying to compromise and find a solution suited all.
