Painful Sex

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can help. I've not been able to have sex for over 2 years for to pain. We attempt but it's as if all has shrunk. I'm on vagifem, but the issue was never dryness. The doctor keeps saying that's all she can do though I asked to be referred on. I really want my old life back, too young to never have sex againI'm post meno by about 5/6 years now. Any advice very much appreciated.
