I live in a small one bedroom flat. Two windows in the front room and two in the bedroom. There is no gas in my building so everything is electric. I have two small electric radiators, and wear warm clothing, neck scarf etc, but my electric bill is ridiculous. Does anyone have experience with those clingfilm-type window insulation kits? I would appreciate any advice.
Anyone else struggle with this?
