I m having them both start of October all booked in

I will be having them both. It's a no brained for me.

I will have both when they are offered. I would hate to pass either illness on to others.

I'm having both too, appointment booked at my surgery for the 5th October.

I’ve never had any adverse reactions to any jabs, and have got both booked in together again this year.
I’ve never had the flu in my life, or Covid, and don’t want to either!

I’m booked in to have the flu jab next month. They have said that if the Covid vaccine is available it can be given on the same day.
Not sure I will take that up as I’ve never had them together before. I’m immunosuppressed so will arrange to have the Covid vaccine at a later date.

I'm immunocompromised and always have both together. Gets it done and dusted.

I missed my booster a few months ago, because I was too unwell to have it. By the time I recovered, the window had closed.
I have both booked at the same time for next month.

I am immunosuppressed too. I will have both Covid and flu together as usual on Oct 5th. Today I am having the new RSV vaccine.

I’ve had both together and no ill effects , I did have a reaction to an earlier single vaccine, but it was nothing compared to covid
I’ll be first in the queue again !

You may feel rough for a few days, but better than having to bear the discomfort twice!

My reaction to my first two Covid vaccines was so severe, it had to be reported to the Yellow Card site, as did my biologics!
I am a glutton for punishment.

However, I would rather suffer that than die! 😉

I'll have both but not at the same time. I've only just recovered from a horrible 5-day reaction to the 2nd Shingles Vax (Shingirix) so don't want another vax straight away.

Waiting for our 'invitation' for flu and Covid jabs we will be first in line, and very grateful for the opportunity to get them!

I’ve had Covid twice. Each time it was approximately 2-3 weeks after the vaccination. I am now really nervous about having another vaccination. Probably coincidence but I am not 100% sure.

I’m the same Chisks. I hate the vaccinations, no problem getting them it’s the side effects. I feel rough from both of them so have them separately.
Two of my friends are not having the covid one. One friend has had covid five times now so can’t see the point.

Calendargirl. The first time my friend had covid she was very poorly, but the next four times were just like a normal cold. I can see why she thinks she might be okay, but then the virus is changing all the time and for that reason I think I’m going to have it.

Not for me. For the past two years I have been suffering with hives and angiodoema. This morning both eyes are puffed up and unpleasant to look at. The gift that keeps on giving !
Started the day after the COVID booster.

I had an adverse reaction to the last covid jab I had so will not be having any more.

I will have whatever is on offer if it helps to keep me going a bit longer without debilitating illness or premature death. Vaccines have been saving lives since Jenner’s smallpox discovery.

If we lived in a world where vaccines were no longer available
the death rate would be huge. Trouble is we now take them for granted.

Our bodies are bombarded with bacteria and viruses every day, and some are permanent residents. Two vaccines together won’t add to the risk. My only concern this time with covid vaccine that they may use unused earlier vaccine (to save wastage) which may not protect against the current circulating virus.

I did have a very flu-ey reaction to the first COVID jab, but it lasted for less than a day. At the time, when fear of COVID was so rife, I really didn’t object - at least it proved that it was doing something!

Yes - booked in for my next Covid jab. I did have both flu and Covid at the same time last time, but I suffer with painful arms after vaccinations and sleeping was difficult so I'll have separate jabs this time.

It's a no brainer. I've never had an adverse reaction from either flu or COVID jabs. I'm booked in and so is my OH.
