Achey joints

My Dd has achey joints and has been diagnosed with FIBRO myalgia. I’ve heard of lots of people, young and older, with achey joints recently.
Any ideas?

My DD2 was diagnosed with this last year and already being a wheelchair user to start off with, it’s a bit complicated.
However, there’s a lot of good information on the NHS website to read through.
