Hello everyone, I just wondered if anyone had any tips to help. I periodically go through phases of really bad anxiety at night and spend the nights awake. I get up and make a drink and appear to calm down but as soon as I’m back in bed it returns. I am going to see my son in Australia next week so my sleeping pattern will be even worse. I am worrying about going as I am leaving my husband behind (2nd marriage). I don’t know why I am worrying but if I’m not careful the anxiety will spoil the whole visit! I have been looking at a herbal supplement called Sleepee which seems to have a lot of good reviews. It takes up to 14 days to work as it boosts the melatonin levels. Has anyone tried it? Alternatively CBD seems to be mentioned a lot but it is a minefield as to which one works!
