I have just read a scientific paper suggesting a link between copper and Parkinson’s disease. I imagine that chemical exposure is a possibility but what about dietary? The only copper saucepan I use is a lovely jelly pan.
Should I get rid of it do you think?
How else might one be exposed to copper?
