Restless Leg Syndrome

Someone mentioned this on another thread. I have found a brilliant remedy for Restless Leg Syndrome and that is something called Rhus Tox 30c. They are available on that online site with the name of an American river, and they work within 15 minutes and you can't overdose on them if you need to take any more. I used to suffer badly but now I keep some by the bed and some downstairs and take one at the first sign.

That's a good alternative to magnesium, which my doctor recommended for RLS and which works - I'll remember that, thanks smile

Get your iron level checked if you have RLS.

Hi, I was driven frantic with this and there is a simple remedy that really worked for me and I hope it helps. The condition is caused by lack of potassium and the solution is to eat a banana every day because bananas contain potassium. I’ve never had restless legs since I did this.
