I love reflexogy my daughter trained to do it, I was a willing guinea pig, unfortunately she is no longer able to do it.

Yes, very relaxing indeed but does not actually remedy any ailments in the way that acupuncture or homeopathy do.

Relexology is a very relaxing and complementary therapy, which can only make you feel better, but is not an alternative to medicine.

I don’t know how it works but it certainly makes me feel much better. Back ache goes, shoulders relax, stress levels drop to zero. Can’t be bad. I think it helped a lot after my knee replacements.
