Going back to Christmas and the M&S Advent calendar beauty box, number 24 was the It Works Deep Sleep pillow spray.
I'm still using the one out of the first of two boxes I bought and the effects, to me, are astonishing.
I sleep well but the spray has a soporific effect beyond my will to stay awake.
Has anyone who usually sleeps rather less well, felt that it helped ease them into slumber?
