Hi 2 months ago all of a sudden I had pain in my shoulder blade and it's not got any better then I developed tightness in throat troable swallowing shortness of breath cant do any fitness cause I get out of breath and my heart seems to pump harder and I feel weak and heart palpitations chest would this me iron deficiency or could it be something else I had chest xray and blood test all came back clear but the doc said that didn't include and deficiency going on
