Went out yesterday and sat on high chair in restaurant. It was pretty warm. Conditions were a bit cramped and my handbag was on the floor which I needed. I had to get it by sort of hanging over the side of this tall chair. Shortly after I started feeling dizzy and lightheaded. I have never fainted in my life but felt I could at any time. Luckily I was with DH who's arm I hung onto to get back home.
Once home still felt funny and lots of people curse the Internet but it gave me the answer. I had caused a problem to my inner ear and went on YouTube and discovered how to perform the Epley's Maneuver on myself to align this crystal thing in my ear back where it should be. Today I feel back to normal (touch wood) as it was very scary.
